We are looking for an outstanding, passionate and innovative Professional Lead for Allied Health Professionals to provide strategic leadership and clinical governance of the allied health professionals(AHPs) working across the organisation.
Job Overview
This position provides professional, collaborative and compassionate leadership, strategic oversight and governance across theAllied Health Professionals (AHPs) throughout the Trust to ensure that people who access our services and carers receive appropriate evidenced-based and best practice AHP interventions so they are able to reach their full potential and by providing a senior leadership role in falls prevention.
This role would suit someone who has a passion for ensuring the delivery of high quality services and who enjoys leading and supporting people to achieve their potential. The person should be able to think strategically and deliver services in line with the national and local agenda. They should be able to lead on transformation work and deliver on complex service development/projects. They should be able to take a collective and compassionate leadership approach, engaging key stakeholders and ensuring that people who use services and their carers/family are at the heart of everything that we do.
