Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical needs when required.

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained

We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Our service user is a sociable lady in her 50s who lives with her family in Runcorn. She requires support with her complex care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.

She is a very friendly and welcoming lady who has a busy family life and enjoys being out in the local community. She loves going out to garden centres, shopping and trips to the cinema.

Throughout the day you will be required to assist her to enjoy her hobbies, interests and access her favourite social activities. You will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling as well as meeting her clinical care needs.

Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical needs when required. You will provide a safe and calming environment to promote a restful nights sleep.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Shifts Available

  • Full Time Nights
  • Nights: 7pm 7am
  • 2-3 Shifts Per Week

Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday: £14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Sunday: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£210 approx. per 12 hour shift)
