As a receptionist, you will be based at Marie Hospice, Cardiff and the Vale. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. You will oversee all front of house administration processes, ensuring accuracy and correctness. You will also work within the wider Administration team, providing wider support when required. You will be organised, empathetic and resilient. You will also apply exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
