Are you a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Join Goodwill Healthcare Services (GHS), a leading recruitment agency specializing in healthcare placements. We are seeking talented HCAs to fill permanent positions with our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily care needs, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support
- Monitor and document patients' conditions and report changes
- Assist in diagnostic tests and communicate results to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Maintain professional communication with staff, external professionals, service users, and families
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a healthcare setting preferred in UK
- Relevant healthcare qualifications or training
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Driver (preferred but not essential)
- Active DBS (preferred but not essential)
Working Conditions:
- 12-hour shifts
- Days/Nights/ Weekends
- Rota/Shift basis
