Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to our clients, helping them live as independently as possible. Your duties will include:
• Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication prompts, and general household tasks.
• Providing personal care and ensuring clients feel comfortable and respected.
• Encouraging clients to play an active role in planning their care, empowering them to maintain control over their lives.
• Recording and reporting key information about visits to ensure continuity of care.
