Key Requirements


  • NVQ/QCF level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People is essential for this role.
  • Flexible availability for shifts on a 3-week rota (A, B, or C shift).
  • Working hours: 09.00 am 09.30 am with a sleeping period from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am.
  • Competitive Pay: £11.43 per hour, with an additional £60.00 for sleep shifts.

You will be supporting children and young people living in assisted accommodation whilst promoting their independence. Doing this will allow the service users to have a brighter future and provide better outcomes for them as they are vulnerable.
