About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to join our client in Central London. This full-time role is perfect for a school leaver who has minimal experience but possesses a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be the face of the company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist the Team Leader in ensuring the smooth daily running of the building, coordinating with contractors and visitors.
Serve as the second point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or issues they may have.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring the building is consistently in its best condition.
Help drive visual standards and follow up with maintenance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not essential.
