About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to join our client in Central London. This full-time role is perfect for a school leaver who has minimal experience but possesses a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be the face of the company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist the Team Leader in ensuring the smooth daily running of the building, coordinating with contractors and visitors.
  • Serve as the second point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or issues they may have.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring the building is consistently in its best condition.
  • Help drive visual standards and follow up with maintenance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, and provide general administrative support to the team.



Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus but not essential.
