Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist patients with daily care needs, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support
  • Monitor and document patients' conditions and report changes
  • Assist in diagnostic tests and communicate results to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Maintain professional communication with staff, external professionals, service users, and families


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a healthcare setting preferred in UK
  • Relevant healthcare qualifications or training
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Driver (preferred but not essential)
  • Active DBS (preferred but not essential)


Working Conditions:


  • 12-hour shifts
  • Days/Nights/ Weekends
  • Rota/Shift basis
