We are currently seeking a dedicated band 7 Clinical Lead to join us.
This role presents an innovative opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals facing complex and enduring mental health challenges and stigma. Through innovative approaches like Dialog+, we collaborate closely with service users, families and carers, understanding their unique experiences, identifying personal goals, and providing tailored support to empower them on their journey to wellness.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the autonomy to deliver high-quality care while also benefiting from collaborative efforts. Your responsibilities will include a small complex caseload, and supporting the whole team around CPD, service user flow through our transforming services, overcoming barriers, developing internal and external positive and innovative professional and voluntary sector relationships, reviewing information and providing reports and feedback on areas such as Friends and Family feedback and developing and implementing strategies to further support service users, carers and staff
