What you'll be working:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30
- This is a remote role with the expectation that you will visit services 2 to 3 out of 5 days per week – depending on business need
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Business Directors who are committed to providing the best support possible to our clients.
- Responsibility for the management of Business Directors in allocated businesses, this includes all quality, people and financial targets
- Jointly working with the Business Directors and central services to achieve these targets
- Adherence to all Group policies and procedures and ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company policies
What you'll have:
- Experience of working within Case Management is essential
- A Passion for providing high quality outcomes for clients
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Seasoned leader with operational and financial planning experience
- Able to performance manage fairly and to be transparent with individuals about areas for improvement

We have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Director to join our team of compassionate, inclusive and committed people working together to provide excellent and innovative Case Management services to our clients.
For this role you will need to be a driver with the ability to travel and have a sound knowledge and experience of operational structures within Case Management services. Reporting to the Managing Director, as Operations Director you will take the responsibility of 5 businesses within the division. The Operations Director will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic support to Business Directors of their assigned businesses and ensuring that Business Directors have access to the help, resource and support they need to meet both commercial and clinical targets. Additional responsibilities include specifically designed projects to enhance the division both innovatively and commercially will be assigned and measurements reviewed against progress on these.
