This is a substantial role for a marketing or communications professional in the early stages of their career, and will support the Marketing & Audiences team at the Philharmonic to build content, deliver campaigns, and develop audiences.
We are looking for someone bright and ambitious to help us tell our story and to connect with our current and future audiences. The job includes equal parts campaign delivery, content creation, and support tasks, and will report directly to the Head of Philharmonic Marketing. While extensive marketing experience or knowledge of classical music is not essential, it is important to us that applicants engage with the arts on a broader level and are passionate about diffrent forms of culture – be it specific genres of music, dance, literature, visual art, or any other field.

Main Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
- Supports the overall development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Supports the Marketing & Audiences team in the process of creative asset development by taking ownership of a range of campaign assets and ensuring delivery is made according to each individual campaign plan.
- Runs some contained end-to-end marketing campaigns for less complex deliverables in the Marketing Plan.
- Assists in the planning and creation of digital and social media content.
- Assists in the development and management of events.
- Supports the Marketing & Audiences team with the necessary compliance of all marketing and communications activity by following BBC Editorial Guidelines.
- Organises all campaign collateral and documentation such that we maintain strong records of assets, plans, and performance of individual campaigns.

- Follows Marketing Plans as guidance throughout the campaign development process.
- Understands audience insights relevant to campaigns, and applies them to the creation of campaign assets.
- Assists in the evaluation of campaign performance, including supply of assets for testing, and understanding results of audience research.
