The position involves delivering high-quality personal care to residents, recognizing and addressing clinical risks, and practicing safe systems of work.
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to provide excellent personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors. The role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to be adaptable and flexible.
