The Front Door Team is responsible for the assessment, management and discharge planning of a varied and diverse clinical caseload across a range of areas.
Our team offers opportunities across the following areas:o Clinical Decision Unito Surgical Assessment Unito Acute Medical Unit
The service runs over seven-days, 8am to 8pm.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an expanding team, and to develop your clinical and supervisory skills in a supportive, friendly environment. When competent you will be involved in the supervision and training of more junior members of staff and students. Your own development will be supported by an excellent team of Band 7s and Band 6s within the team and the wider department.
We are looking for:o A physiotherapist who has completed their rotations as a student or band 5 that is interested in specialising in the area of Admission Avoidance.o Flexibility in working practice within an evolving and expanding teamo A physiotherapist interested in developing their supervision skills.
We offer:o A high level of clinical support from experienced senior staffo Support to continue professional and personal development with an active in-service programme and strong supervision structureo Opportunities to be involved in service developmento Opportunities for career development with in house training.
