Requirements


  • Meet and greet all guests in a pleasant and friendly manner
  • Manage the Reception Area ensuring all areas are clean and clutter free
  • Record all parcels/deliveries and ensure that the relevant personnel are notified of their arrival
  • Open and close the switchboard on a daily basis
  • Answer all incoming calls and connect the customer to the required recipient in a timely manner
  • Accurately record messages, ensuring that all information is forwarded to the individual concerned at the earliest opportunity
  • Support the property team with Health and Safety Tasks and systems
  • Support the property team with general admin , raising jobs and invoices
  • Support the Facilities Manager with general admin as required
  • Other office admin tasks as required

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Personable, professional and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent personal presentation standards
