Position: Treatment Coordinator

Location: Clear Smiles, Wolverhampton

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £13 per hour (Bonus scheme - OTE £29,200 - £35,200)

Are You an Amazing Communicator Looking for a New Opportunity? Clear Smiles, a state-of-the-art dental practice, is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator with nursing experience. This is not just any regular role; you will be a key point of contact, playing an active role in each patient's journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a “5-Star” luxury experience for every patient
• Be the face of Clear Smiles, explaining treatments and guiding patients through timelines and expectations
• Engage and form genuine connections with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
• Use cutting-edge technology to create 3D scans of customers’ teeth for review by Licensed Dental Professionals
• Help patients select the best payment plans for their budget
• Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
• Present treatments confidently and accurately address patients' questions and concerns
• Perform intra-oral scans, clinical photography, and contribute to building the brand
• Support with radiography, implant nursing, sedation nursing, orthodontic nursing, and more
• Manage your time effectively to follow up with patients and leads
  
  

Requirements

• GDC registration
• Experience in dental nursing (essential)
• Experience in Treatment Coordinating (desired)
• Excited and passionate about transforming smiles and making an impact
• Fun, positive personality while maintaining professionalism
• Self-motivated and independent
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software
• Open-minded and optimistic as Clear Smiles continues to grow and innovate
• Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Invisalign (or similar clear aligners)
• Premium teeth whitening trays
• Composite bonding consultations
• Itero scanning (or similar)

Working Schedule

• Full-time, with practice hours from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays until 2pm. Shifts/hours will be scheduled within these parameters.
