The Park Royal Hotel & Spa inStretton inStretton PUBLISHED 1 MAY 2024

We’re looking for a qualified therapist (Level 3 Diploma or suitable equivalent), who is confident in conducting a full range of treatments from facials through to full body massage.
Are you a level 3 qualified beauty therapist?

Are you looking for a role in a luxury spa with a clear development pathway for your career?

As a Spa Therapist, you will be working with products from the UK’s leading Spa Brand, Elemis, to create memorable experiences for our Spa Guests.

With a great career development pathway in place for all our spas, you’ll spend time learning from the best, attending training with our Elemis Education Ambassadors to perfect your skills in Facial Therapy, Body Therapy and Peaceful pregnancy. You’ll not only get to practice your treatment skills, but also experience them for yourself as part of your induction programme.

Regardless of your preferred working pattern, we have flexible hours and a shift pattern to suit you.

What will I do as Spa Therapist?

Your appointment book is filled with hotel guests, spa day visitors and loyal regulars – the one thing they have in common is the world-class treatment they encounter once they step into your treatment room.

You’ll listen carefully to what they want, take note of what they need, and confidently advise on what will be best for them in terms of treatments and their benefits.

Once the treatment is over, you’ll talk the guest through the products used and give your expert recommendations on retail products they should use as part of their home skin care routine. This is a perfect opportunity for the guest to take a small part of the experience home and for you to earn some extra money through our retail commission scheme.

Is this Spa Therapist role right for me?

We’re looking for a qualified therapist (Level 3 Diploma or suitable equivalent), who is confident in conducting a full range of treatments from facials through to full body massage. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in a Spa environment, or in a guest service-related role.

Our business is open all year round, so you will need to be available for some weekend working – but don’t worry, this is done on a rolling basis, and you will get your share of weekends off!

We know how important your continuous development is, which is why we invest in ongoing training as part of the Spa Development Pathway. You could find yourself attending Amethyst Trust Cancer Training, Jessica Nails courses, and even Supervisory Success programmes as part of your journey with The QHotels Collection.
