This is an excellent opportunity for a to join a busy service department for a global oilfield services equipment provider in Aberdeen,

You’ll be working closely with a number of stakeholders in a customer facing roles that ensures equipment services schedules are accurately maintained.

You’ll be a vital part of the team to ensure a smoothly operating department.


Duties


Liaising with customers to arrange repair and service of in-service equipment.

Schedule management for both personnel and equipment.

Managing all transactions though company ERP systems.

Tracking jobs, costs, servicing and calibration activities.

Processing, invoicing and revenue recognition for full process.

Forecasting regional revenue and costs.

Background

Inventory Control experience

Customer communication skills

Appreciation of logistics

Oil and Gas industry exposure (Not essential)

ERP systems experience

Financial Reporting (Not essential)
