About the RoleLeckhampton Court Hospice is looking to recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic healthcare professional, who has the drive to embrace and enhance our Quality Improvement, Patient Safety and Governance programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about and dedicated to, providing high quality palliative/end of life care to patients and their families enabling palliative patients to receive the very best holistic care and quality.Reporting to and working closely alongside the Head of Clinical Services whilst supporting all Clinical Services; this is a lead role in supporting the development of quality initiatives/priorities. Including Datix Management, audits, outstanding governance, CQC compliance and supporting the national Sue Ryder Strategy. You will also deputise for the Head of Clinical Services in their absence and be included in the clinical on call rota.
