We're looking for a Care Coordinator at our Aberdeen branch on a permanent and full-time basis.

Key role:

Supervising your own team in a specific area within Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire
Coordinating service user’s packages and rostering staff to ensure good continuity and building your team.
Service user reviews, outcome assessments, supervision, probationary support for new staff
On call work required rota basis 1 in 4 weekends and one evening per week
