We are looking for a motivated, caring and dedicated, qualified Nurse Associates to join the Ward team at the Freeman. Ward 30 is a vascular ward, taking admissions from the Emergency Department, Emergency Assessment Suite and direct referrals from GPs in the community with different complex needs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are invaluable as you will work closely with a range of specialties and professionals within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient centred care.

As a Nurse Associate working on ward 08, you will support the Registered Nurses in the assessment, planning and evaluation of key nursing interventions to support the treatment and clinical management of patients under your care.

Effective communication with multidisciplinary team members is fundamental within our department, as well as with other wards, departments, community services and patient's relatives.
