An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Team Secretary within the OAMH Inpatient Service, Division B.
The successful candidate will provide day to day comprehensive administrative support to the OAMH Consultant and Junior Staff.
This post requires previous sustained secretarial/administrative work experience as essential, preferably gained in a similar environment. Team/Support secretarial experience is desirable. Candidates should have a good general education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 'O' Grades or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics.
Dragon Dictation, setting up systems, diary management, experience of MS Office, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, good team working and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential for this post.
