This post is a very busy and varied role which requires the ability to deal with a wide range of tasks as well as organising and prioritising your workload.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual to join the Public Health Wales, Microbiology Administration Team at the University Hospital of Wales. This role will provide high level administration and PA support to Consultants, Medical Staff and Scientific Staff in Microbiology.
The successful applicant will demonstrate proven experience of working as a Personal Assistant as well as excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. Applicants will need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and possess confident minute taking skills.
This post is a very busy and varied role which requires the ability to deal with a wide range of tasks as well as organising and prioritising your workload. The ability to work on your own initiative in order to meet the role requirements is essential.
