Responsibilities


  • Manage telephone calls, meeting room bookings, and reception area presentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including diary coordination, documentation preparation, general data entry, and handling post.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as ordering stationery, managing deliveries, and liaising with cleaners.
  • Support the PA to MD with various tasks and the Commercial and Technical teams with filing systems, invoices, purchase orders, and on-boarding new starters.
  • Oversee corporate mobile phones, including ordering, tracking, and handling invoices.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Demonstrate flawless communication skills.
  • Present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Possess a strong ability to network and quickly build a rapport with team members and sub-contractors.
  • Exhibit a methodical approach to workload, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Use initiative effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, with a good ability to prioritise and manage expectations effectively.
