The Trust has invested significantly in digital technology and this is an exciting opportunity for a Patient Systems Support role to be part of the patient systems team.

The successful candidate will be part of the Patientrack/ EPMA Team.

The post will be supporting the development, testing, training and continued roll out of Patientrack and ePMA (Medchart), which are two of the Trusts key clinical electronic patient record systems

The Patientrack, ePMA, Team are responsible for the training, administration, management and further development of key clinical systems:

  • Patientrack: Is the electronic observation capture solution used by the Trust.
  • ePMA - Is the electronic Prescribing and Administration of medication solution.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both trainer and systems support in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users.

The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you will sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions.

You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of patient/clinical systems support and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making. Previous experience of Patientrack and ePMA would be desirable.
