An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mid-Mersey First Response Service for a passionate and dedicated support worker to join the expanding service.

This role will involve you supporting service users who present in crisis to reach positive outcomes and safety plan with the support of clinical staff.

You will support clinical staff to provide urgent assessments, empowering service users to take a lead role in their own care and supporting self-determination.

You will support with referrals and signposting over the phone lines using our extensive database to ensure care is accessible for everyone.

To report to the qualified nurse any observations made whilst providing care to service-users.

To take part in a 24 hour system of rostering including internal rotation.
