The Britannia Hotel, Edinburgh is situated on the banks of the Water of Leith in the West End of the city. Our Britannia Hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of many of the city's major attractions. The Hotel features 223 well-appointed guest bedrooms.

As Our Night Porter You Will

• Check guests in and out.
• Run the Nights Audit.
• Answering the telephone and address any enquiries.
• Look after any guest requests.
• Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
• Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Complete nights cleaning checklist
• Set any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
  
  

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Experience of opera cloud would be advantageous but not essential.
