Main duties of the jobTo see, treat and assess each individual patient presenting with a minor injury or illness autonomously. To be able to order and interpret blood results and x-ray results and perform general examinations in order to reach a clinical decision. To be able to sign post patients to the correct speciality, to plan follow up where necessary. To offer advice and information in relation to presenting complaint. To perform minor injury treatments such as suturing, plastering, dressings and immunisations. To be able to work independently or as part of a team
