Position

An opportunity has arisen for a Primary Care Nurse, based at GP Practices in East HSCP

What You Will Do

We are seeking to employ a Primary Care Staff Nurse to work within our developing Community Treatment and Care Service in East Health and Social Care Partnership working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job

You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.

Experience is not essential as learning required to fulfil the responsibilities of the post is supported by Ayrshire Graduate Nurse development programme.

Hours: 37 hours per week - Secondment until 2025
