You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providersThis care home offers a mixture of residential and dementia care and provides short term respite care to help others take a break from their caring roles
**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care**
As a Healthcare Assistant Your Key Duties Include
- Acting as a key worker to some residents, and ensuring care plans are up to date and accurate
- Providing personal care to the residents, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times
- Supporting new members of the team and providing constructive feedback
- Encouraging independence as much as possible
- Previous experience of working in a care environment
- Previous experience of working with older people
- A shared understanding and the ability to demonstrate our four key values
- A caring, compassionate personality
- Reliability and punctuality
