We are looking for an experienced Health Care Professional to lead a team in this new environment, You need to be passionate about delivering high standards of nursing care to ensure a positive patient experience. You need to have excellent communication skills and be prepared to work in a busy and challenging environment which will be in turn rewarding and exciting.
You will need 3 years’ experience band 5
Working autonomously, you will manage the team’s daily workload, including the pre and post operative care of patients undergoing local anaesthetic surgical interventions with all surgical specialities.
An experienced health care professional competent in all aspects of pre and post op care of patients undergoing surgical interventions, who can carry out a wide range of clinical skills, clinical expertise and advice within the team by working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
The post holder will also take an active part in the leadership, education, development and supervision of the team.
