The post holder will work as part of the administration team coordinating the main reception office.
Main duties will include the day to day running of the reception office, including telephone duties, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, arranging appointments, scanning, ordering of goods, petty cash, and generally assisting in the co-ordination of the smooth running of the reception.
