In pursuit of this objective, we need to ensure that we have effective talent management and succession planning strategies in place as well as a comprehensive map of career pathways and apprenticeship opportunities that enables development, stretch and professional growth to retain and grow high calibre talent pools within the Trust and across Cambridge and Peterborough ICS.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has knowledge and experience of designing and delivering talent management interventions, mapping career pathways and managing apprenticeship schemes to a diverse multi-disciplinary staff population. The successful candidate will be able to manage large scale projects and will have excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Our experience tells us that people's life stories and professional experience has a great influence on the way we work, how we go about solving problems and how we can combine with other people's different experience to create better solutions, better experience for staff and patients and greater innovation. This role is offered as a permanent part-time appointment 0.7wte (26.25 hour per week) and partial remote working arrangements can be considered.
