Location: Falkland House School, Fife
Salary: £22,425 - £25,500 (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 08.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent,
Term-Time (41 weeks)
About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our clinical team. This exciting role will involve working under the supervision of a psychologist to carry out tasks that will involve group work, 1:1 work, research, audit and evaluation.Our well-established teams within OFG, maintain a nurturing and supportive environment where the pupils in our care can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.When it comes to looking after the people in our care we strive for excellence. With this in mind, we are looking for an Assistant Psychologist who shares our vision; to build incredible futures by empowering people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.

- Psychology degree (2:1 or above)
- Relevant experience of working with children and young people
- First-hand experience of a range of research methods
- First-hand experience of quantitative and qualitative research, including different methods of data collection, research designs, analysis and final report writing
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of teaching and/or supporting of other health professionals
- Experience or knowledge of relevant client group (service specific)
