Dealing with telephone queries and directing calls
Greeting visitors to the business
Email management
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Administrative support to other departments
Providing a high level of customer service
The Person
Previous Reception experience
General administrative background
Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Must be flexible
