Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) is an integrated countywide domiciliary service delivered by Adult Social Care (ASC) and East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT). We have recently been Highly Commended at the Great British Care Awards.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our expanding and developing therapy service in the Bexhill, Hastings and Rother area.
As a Physiotherapist within JCR, you will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support clients within their homes. You will assess the client’s current function/needs and create and implement a tailored treatment plan to enable clients to regain independence and continue to live safely at home.
This is a really rewarding role allowing you to see first hand the positive impact your role is having in getting people back to being independent and remaining at home.
