HMR Community Mental Health Teams support people of working age who have severe mental health needs , who may have behaviours that challenge and have associated complex needs.

To work as part of the multidisciplinary team and provide support on both an individual and group basis to individuals experiencing mental health problems to enable them to achieve their full potential through accessing resources available within their wider communities and equipping them with the skills and confidence to enable them to manage their lives independently.

Community Mental Health Teams are friendly teams that work with people of working age who have a moderate to severe mental disorders, who may present with behaviours that challenge and have associated complex needs.

We provide a safe treatment service for males and females in the community.

We are proud to provide high quality mental health and learning disability services, both inpatient and in the community across five boroughs of Greater Manchester - Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport and Tameside and Glossop.
