Tasks
Order Management
- Handle order releases, contract drawdowns, and dispatch orders to roasters from the warehouse.
Shipping Coordination
- Organise shipping logistics and manage ad hoc requests efficiently.
Customer Support
- Address general customer inquiries related to the coffees they are buying, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process Management
- Ensure all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
General Sales Support
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries, preparing sales materials, and handling administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Office Administration
- Perform various office administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with the warehouse and other team members.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new tasks is essential.
