Dealing with a range of non-routine activities and enquiries including problem solving using own initiative and chasing progress.
To act as a key resource through the provision of administration support where necessary, providing efficient, effective and customer focused administrative services, as set out in relevant department, organisation and NHS policies and procedures.
Act as an effective communication link between the Academy team, stakeholders and the public, dealing appropriately with complex, sensitive, and confidential information.

Support with the inputting, monitoring, production and analysis of training data, records and information required for finite and ongoing projects within the Academy.

Work without direct supervision seeking guidance where appropriate.
Update and maintain educational Learning Management Systems (LMS) for changes in employee details, training records course bookings and completions.
Provide administrative functions as requested to maintain service continuity using time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
Work to deadlines and have ability to multi-task where there is a need to allocate and frequently reallocate tasks to meet organisational requirements.
Continually review ways of working within the administration team, suggesting improvements to procedures to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
To always adhere to Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust policies and procedures and propose changes for own area of work.
Responsible for the procurement of supplies within the department, ensuring stock levels are maintained, considering cost, quality, delivery time and reliability of supplier.
