CARE ASSISTANT FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ( 6 MONTH UK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Responsibilities


  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
  • Help individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
  • Document and report any changes in individual's behaviour or health status
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized support plans
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient demeaner
  • Reliable and punctual attendance

A Minimum Of 6 Month UK Experience Is Required.


Care training with certification required for the following.

  • Moving & Handling of People Theory & Practical
  • First Aid
  • Fire Safety
  • Food Hygiene
  • Health & Safety
  • Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
  • MCA & DOLS
  • Information Governance
  • Infection Control
  • Learning Disability
