A highly reputable, Top 60 law firm are seeking an General Office Assistant to join their London office, on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
The successful General Office Assistant will provide an efficient, friendly and reprographics service to the firm. They will undertake a variety of tasks which facilitate the smooth running of the department and any general office tasks as required. Duties to include:

  • Transporting boxes and other items, involving lifting and carrying (inside and externally)
  • Covering postal duties
  • Booking local, national and international couriers
  • Setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
  • Setting up video conferencing
  • Undertaking reprographics duties
  • Burning CDs, binding and laminating
  • Monitoring the stationery supplies, placing orders and delivering stationery
  • Ensuring printers, fax machines and photocopiers are fully stocked
  • Undertaking a variety of other general ad hoc duties and errands

This General Office Assistant position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm


The Requirements


  • Previous experience working within a corporate environment (essential)
  • Reprographics experience (essential)
