POSITION:
Associate Clinician, Mental Health
- CAMHS experience required
REQUIREMENT:
A minimum caseload of 5 per week (60 mins per session)
AVAILABILITY:
Service hours are Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm. Our preference is for you to offer hours during peak times of 3pm - 7pm and/or weekends
LOCATION:
Fully remote
REMUNERATION:
- £145 per Mental Health Assessment
- £65 per CBT Session
- £55 per Brief Time Limited Intervention (6-8 session model)

We have introduced a flexible network model for experienced clinicians to join us on an associate basis, enabling you to deliver exceptional care in a way that suits you.
In this role you will be responsible for working directly with children, young people and their families to provide a thorough evaluation of their mental health and emotional well-being and/or deliver therapeutic interventions and treatments via an innovative clinical platform.
You will be able to work autonomously, adhere to a 5 p's formulation model, demonstrate knowledge and understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and effectively address risk and safeguarding concerns using Healios processes and support. You will have access to a collaborative MDT.
What You Need To Have
- At least two years experience in CAMHS working with children and young people
- Clinical Qualification - RMN, RNLD, Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, CBT Therapist (BABCP accredited) and valid registration (NMC, HCPC, BABCP)
- A wide range of assessment and therapeutic treatment experience
- Experience working with a variety of presenting issues such as low mood and anxiety, self harm and knowledge of the impact of attachment and trauma
- Qualification in or working knowledge in therapeutic approaches; CBT, DBT, Solution Focussed Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Able to complete comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning
- A wide range of assessment experience within the field of mental health service knowledge and the ability to identify differential conditions such as autism and ADHD (desirable)

PRE- EMPLOYMENT CHECKS
You will need an Enhanced (Child & Adult Workforce) DBS certificate registered with the DBS update service or issued within the past 12 months. You will be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum and a professional registration check will be conducted.
You will also be required to confirm details of supervision aligned to the standards outlined by your professional regulatory body.
TRAINING
As part of the pre-boarding process we will ask you to provide external evidence of the following training:
- Safeguarding Level 3
- Oliver McGowan
- Mental Capacity Act
You will be required to complete the learning as part of your onboarding unless you can provide external evidence of previously completing the learning compliance.
