Your new company is a renowned private sector organisation that provides real estate solutions across Scotland. They are looking for a temporary receptionist to help their busy team from July to October.


Your new role
Your new role will see you operating the main reception and booking in visitors, maintaining accurate logs of deliveries, writing short correspondence and memos, responding to common enquiries or complaints, assisting with the onsite logistics and keeping accurate stock records.


What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is previous experience as a receptionist, working knowledge of MS Office products including World, Excel, Outlook, etc., basic maths skills, strong communication skills, strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset.


What you'll get in return
This is a fixed-term contract beginning on July 22nd and ending in October. The working hours are 40 hours per week, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The hourly rate is £11.60 plus holiday pay.
