We are an outstanding organisation whose strategic workforce objective is to offer the best staff experience in the NHS, enabling staff to fulfil their potential by providing a working environment where they can feel valued for what they bring to the Trust, developed to achieve their potential, achieve a work life balance, and feel engaged in their work.
In pursuit of this objective, we need to ensure that our managers and leaders have the right learning and development opportunities to enable them to lead and manage people and resources well, in a way that is inclusive and consistent with our values of compassion, excellence and collaboration.
We are looking for a highly skilled leadership and development practitioner who brings experience of designing and delivering successful training interventions to a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce. The successful candidate will be able to manage large scale training and development projects and will have excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Our experience tells us that people's life stories and professional experience has a great influence on the way we work, how we go about solving problems and how we can combine with other people's different experience to create better solutions, better experience for staff and patients and greater innovation. We are keen to recruit people to our team who care about this combination of difference as much as we do.
This role is offered as a permanent full-time appointment but flexible working arrangements will be considered.
