We are looking for a customer service-focused individual to join our Customer Service team in London, where you will deliver a first-class experience to all external customers and go above and beyond to put customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be joining a fantastic team who work collaboratively to achieve great results and make a significant impact on the success of the business.

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we support staff shortages across the wards, seamlessly and efficiently. Every day you will...


  • Deal with the database management – ensuring all staff who have not worked are contacted and their file updated accordingly, are offered alternative UCLH Bank opportunities, or archived from the system.
  • Conduct pre-screens for candidates to determine their suitability to the roles the programme has to offer.
  • Ensure candidate's files adhere to local trusts compliance process and general legislation, right-to-work checks
  • Thoroughly checking all required documentation to ensure it complies with our policies and standards.
  • Interact with others in an open, honest, respectful and fair manner, use a range of communication styles and methods to convey information.
  • Ensuring candidates files adhere to local trusts compliance process and general legislation, right to work checks etc.
