Job summaryThe post holder will be anexperienced Primary Care Nurse providing high quality care for patients, includingchronic disease management, smears, immunisations, health reviews, wound care,minor illness between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm across our 3 surgery sites.
The nurse will be responsiblefor ensuring clinical protocols, procedures are reviewed annually and carryingout relevant audits, such as infection control.
The individual will work withinthe NMC Code of Conduct to agreed practice standards and protocols.
Contribute to the practiceachieving its GMS contract obligations including quality, organisational andaccess targets. Working within the requirements of the CQC.
