Opened in 2023, Chislehurst Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is a 15-bed service, dedicated to offering specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long-term neurological conditions, for adults over the age of 18.
Through slow stream rehabilitation, we prioritise the individual needs of our residents by offering an adjusted intensity program tailored to their specific requirements. This adaptable approach ensures that residents can continue their rehabilitation journey at a pace that aligns with their current capabilities while working towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Our facility boasts a fully equipped therapy room, complete with a therapy kitchen and gym, providing a comprehensive range of resources to support residents in their recovery process, while the inclusion of communal living areas encourages social interaction. Furthermore, Chislehurst is conveniently situated close to local amenities with good transport links allowing residents easy access to the community.
We are on a mission to build an exceptional team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, and we want you to be a vital part of our journey.
What you'll be working:
This role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with days and times to be agreed. We understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What you'll be doing:
We provide induction, support, and ongoing professional development in line with the role, with great opportunities to broaden your skill base and develop your leadership skills.
What to look forward to:
Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care. We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone.
We are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Chislehurst.
