As a Care Assistant, your role is to provide a high level of care to residents and be responsible for the smooth running of the shift. Also providing guidance and support in all aspects of work within the home.

Help clients withtheir personal care which includes getting dressed, washing, and eating.

Work with other health and social care professionals.

Encourage clients to get involved with activities.

Moving and handling.

Assists with service users overall comfort and well-being.

Promote independence and dignity.

Monitors service users conditions

Follow protocols and procedures.

Communication is essential you must report any issues and ensure service users confidentiality and dignity is kept at all times.


Requirements


Hold theDiploma in Health and Social Care

At least 1 year experience as a Healthcare Assistant

Right to work in the UK.

Excellent communication skills.

Be a team player.
