We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who want to work as part of our Dermatology Admin team to help provide exceptional care to patients at Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting post working in a dedicated team of Secretaries and Administrators providing administrative support for our Medical team.
We have one full time position available.
You will support the provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to consultants, nurses and managers within the Dermatology Department. This will involve close liaison with Consultants, SAS grade Doctors and Senior Nursing Staff within the service. It will be necessary to have a daily overview of all departmental clinical activity within Dermatology, anticipate problems and autonomously resolve situations expediently.
You will also work with the Dermatology Outpatient Unit Manager and Administrative teams in assisting with the processing of clinics, surgical bookings, relaying of wound query messages, timely patient outcomes, departmental meetings, and on-going clinic utilisation.
