Receptionist/Administrator Radiology

Hours – 37 (full-time)

Band 2

Salary £23,362 - £25,368

We are currently seeking to recruit a new member to join the Reception/Admin Team within the Radiology Department.

This post will involve reception cover and telephone queries at various locations across Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Woodend Hospital and Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. In addition, tasks will include booking appointments and updating patient information within the RIS system, printing and scanning and providing general admin support where required.

The role of the Receptionist can be demanding due to high volume workload and the requirement to move areas at short notice. The successful candidate must also be able to work autonomously. Applicants should have previous experience in a medical admin setting or similar and be confident with IT systems.
