Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Workers to join our brilliant team to support various local residential care homes in and around the Hertfordshire area.

The main duties will include: -

  • Supporting vulnerable people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and elderly people.
  • Social, emotional and physical support to all clients
  • Manual handling and personal care.

You must have: -

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable people
  • Reliable working ethics
  • Good writing skills
  • A good communicator
  • An active team player
  • Be able to follow instructions
  • Be able to work flexible working patterns and available at short notice
  • Previous experience working within Care
  • Be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
  • The willingness to conduct the mandatory training

Shifts available include: -

  • Long Days,
  • Earlys
  • Lates
  • Night Shifts

To be a suitable candidate for this role you must have 6 months UK experience, hold a driving licence, have access to your own car and also be able to work full time.
